Ron Wiener, Founder and CEO
A veteran technology industry entrepreneur with 31 years’ experience building companies in internet, software, electronics, manufacturing, aviation, and transportation industries. Ron has been the founder and CEO of eight investor-backed startups since 1988, with multiple successful exits. Previous ventures include EquaShip, Earth Class Mail, Market Mechanix, SnapNames, PrintBid.com, Distribution Sciences Corp. and Azure Technology. He has been an avid treadmill desk user since 2009, and avid pilot since 1984. A hard-core serial entrepreneur, Ron starred in the 2008 television series “Startup Junkies,” and is the Chief Mechanic at venture catalyst firm Venture Mechanics, LLC.
Andy Rosenbaum, COO / CTO
Andy brings over 20 years of experience in building highly scalable products for the enterprise and consumer markets. He has built and managed technology and product teams to deliver customer-focused products with scalable architectures in a diverse set of environments. Andy’s industry experience includes e-commerce, mobile, online shopping, social networks, sports & entertainment ticketing, personalization & targeting, financial services, CRM, and search. Andy formerly held senior engineering positions with Amazon, Yahoo, Intel, Veritix/Flash Seats, Spoke Software, and Inktomi.

Elizabeth Feucht, CPA, VP of Finance and Administration
Liz brings 34 years experience in public accounting leadership. Before joining Thermogenesis Group Liz was a Principal with Falco Sult, a Redmond, WA-based CPA firm specializing in auditing and financial advisory services for privately owned companies. Previously Liz was a Junior Partner in Wagner & White, P.C., Denver, CO, performing audit services for governmental entities in the state of Colorado.
Cole Dalton, Chief Mechanical Design Advisor
Cole brings more than 30 years of diverse mechanical/design engineering experience including project management, product design/development, tool and fixture design/fabrication, prototyping, CAD, competitive benchmarking, testing and failure analysis. He has been an independent consultant since 1989, designing products for his clients ranging from treadmills and other exercise equipment to telecommunications and medical devices. Previously, he held engineering positions with Precor and Paccar. Cole earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Western Washington University (1981).
